Curriculum & Quality Rating
JUMPS Preschool is proud to be a 4-Star Texas Rising Star (TRS) certified program, demonstrating our commitment to high-quality early childhood education.

We use the FrogStreet curriculum in every classroom. FrogStreet is a research-based, comprehensive early childhood education program for infants through Pre-K that supports whole-child development by integrating social-emotional growth, language development, and academic foundations.

Key Features of Frog Street for Texas Rising Star (TRS):

  • Aligned with State Standards: Frog Street’s Pre-K curriculum is approved and aligned with the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) and meets Texas Rising Star (TRS) criteria, ensuring continuity with Texas public school expectations.

  • Comprehensive and Balanced: Instruction supports all developmental domains through a blend of teacher-guided instruction and child-led exploration, with strong emphasis on literacy, math, and critical-thinking skills.

  • Structured Daily Learning: Consistent routines and Frog Street’s Brain Smart Start activities (Unite, Calm, Connect, Commit) help children build self-regulation skills, improve focus, and support positive classroom behavior.
